Our gift baskets and gifts are shipping via FedEx and UPS via Standard Ground 2-Day Express, or Saturday Delivery and must be delivered to a physical street address. We are unable to deliver gifts to Post Office boxes at this time. Due to the alcoholic content of wine gifts, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Due to varying state laws, we are currently able to ship wine to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, and WI.

Most standard ground deliveries arrive within 1-2 days to most locations within the U.S. after shipping from one of our three locations. In the event of specific delivery time constraints, please choose 2-Day Express, Overnight, or Saturday Delivery (where available) for a guaranteed delivery date. Please ensure that we have all your correct contact information.

Shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, severe snow or rain storms, flooding, etc.). These situations are considered to be out of our control and are not eligible for refunds of shipping charges. Shipping amount is based on flat rate shipping, and most products cannot be bundled for shipping.

Please be sure to read all shipping information located in the Shipping or Delivery Tab on the item page carefully, you will find that various product types have different shipping concerns.

We offer same-day shipping Mon-Fri, as long as order is placed by 2pm PST. During holidays, this cut-off time is extended; please add an item to your cart for up-to-date shipping information.

Returns

If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!

If you would like to return a gift received please contact our customer service department within 14 days of delivery to discuss your options.

If you purchase one of these items, please remember this gift has been specially crafted just for you and your recipients. We are unable to accept returns on these items and will contact you immediately regarding reshipment if it happens to come back to us.
